We rent to guests 25yr or older and their families.
Our direct ocean front vacation condo rental is located right on the Atlantic Ocean on a sandy, no drive beach in Ormond by the Sea-the barrier island of Ormond Beach. We ourselves live here locally and are able to assist you if you have any concerns or problems.
Note: If you need cribs or high chairs, we have several local rental groups which will deliver them right to the condo and then pick them up again at a very reasonable rate. Sorry, but we do not have any baby equipment at the condo. We do however have quite a few children's beach toys such as buckets, shovels etc.

The Sea Turtle Condo Rental is located close to many Florida attractions, an easy drive to world famous Daytona Beach, Orlando, Disney World, St. Augustine and the popular Outlet Malls and Cape Canaveral and the Space Coast.
Occupancy Limits: We prefer to limit our rentals to 4 guests, however the condo can accomodate 5-6 guests. Additional rates may apply to extra guests over 4.
Local fire authorities in Ormond Beach and Volusia County, Florida enforce a strict occupancy limit and various Home Owner's
Associations also set the maximum number of guests per condominium or
beach house. Our local fire codes limit occupancy in a 2 bedroom condo to a maximum of 6 including infants. This is strictly enforced.
