Type of Payments Accepted for Condo Rental:

Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Postal Orders

Credit and Debit Card Payments can only be accepted via PayPal 

(Note: Guest is responsible for any PayPal fees if using debit/credit card.) 

If your PayPal payment is funded with an existing PayPal balance or linked to your checking account, then there is usually no fee.

In addition to the Rental Fees, there is a $90 cleaning fee payable at departure 

$300 refundable damage deposit, which will be returned to you promptly after your stay.  

Tax: 6.5% Florida State Tax and 6% Volusia County Tourism 

We will accept a Personal Check via U.S. mail if your Ormond Beach vacation condo rental is booked and payment is received at least 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival. If your reservation is made less than two weeks before your arrival, we can accept a Cashier's Check or credit, debit card payment via PayPal. Special arrangements can be made for last minute vacation condo reservations; we can meet you right at the condominium upon arrival and accept either cash or Cashier's Check.

Refundable Damage Deposits will be returned promptly - usually within 7-10 days after the housekeeper has cleaned and checked out our vacation condo.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit and rental fees will be made if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date.  If cancellation is made less than 60 days, we will refund your deposit and/or rental fees if we are able to rebook that time period. This is usually not a problem during High Season, Events or Holiday time periods.
